Darrin S. Rogers, CPA, CMA is recognized as a leading professional serving the Nonprofit industry, by providing accounting, audit and tax compliance solutions to tax-exempt organizations throughout the United States and internationally, including having audited many top 50 associations and charities in the Washington, DC area.  He has over 30 years of experience, is a licensed CPA in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, and meets equivalency practice requirements in most all states. He holds a Certified Management Accountant designation as well.

With extensive senior management experience within various accounting disciplines, Darrin’s role as firm Managing Partner at Rogers & Company entails overseeing all aspects related to firm operations.  Responsibilities include execution of firm strategy, overseeing marketing and development, quality control, technology systems, recruiting, and regulatory and administrative compliance.  He has overseen the significant growth and expansion of the firm for the past 17 years.  His vision for the firm remains to be the premier provider of audit and tax services to tax-exempt entities.
